I needed to export XFDF from an application. This code is kind of untested, but is based on the solution I came up with. I would appreciate. Load your form in Acrobat 8, fill it and the select in the main menu Forms > Manage form data > Export data and choose XFDF format. I am wanting to use a PDF form that will be completed by the end user and then submitted to a web server.
I am now aware that this is more complicated than anticipated. I have xfdff the button ‘Action’ setting to ‘Submit a form’ and have tested the various options using: What I am hoping to achieve is once the end user submits the form data.
Subsequently I have searched forums on information on how to achieve expotr goal but with no success. Use Adobe Acrobat forms and form data on the web. Thans for this Bernd, it is now clear that what I want to achieve is way above my capabilities and would need help in developing this.
